Gilbert Ridge General Contracting

Review: Gilbert Ridge Contracting never finished the job of building our pole building as our contract stated. He was to errect a 30x60 metel pole barn with 12x60 over hang with metel roof,insallation wrap, doors, metel outside walls,gutters, soffit fascia, and windows. He has left our structure uncovered for 2 winters now and will not answer our attempts of getting him to return our calls and/or finish the job. We have paid him $29,500.00 dollars to date and can not get him to complete the job or deliver all the supplies that we had purchased on Dec 6, 2011!If our roof isnt installed soon, we will loose the total structure to the outdoor elements.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the Metel for the entire building delivered to us along with the sliding metel barn door and house door, insalation wrap, the metel for the roof, and gutters.

Review: Changing terms of contract. Stating that we are to pay for allowances ( lights, Flooring and Bathroom) that we have already paid him for. Not returning our calls and poor customer service.
