I called Gilbert realty about an application that was submitted, I was told that they would call me back the next day and should have our report backI waited days and decided to call themThe lady who answered got really upset and threatened to remove my app from the runningThis was the 25th of the month and I assumed the owner would want a tenant by the firstWhen I told her that we really liked the home to rent she said "I am disqualifying your application due to over eagerness!" And hung up on meWhat?! I should have known that this was a bad property management company because they allow you to walk in on properties that are not ready to rent, but they expect you to clean up the drugs and alcohol left by previous tenantsThe amounts of mold in most of their properties will make you gagWe only applied cause we found place that was decent and handicap accessible for my parentsWe will never go there again and not refer friends and family
