Do not stand behind their work We found them at the AZ Home Fair bought an expensive Two Tank Carbon water softner system with them, they told us it would be good for five years, it only lasted four and when we called to ask them to come and service it and change out the filters and see why it was making our water taste like Chlorine, they set up an appointment with us and then didn't show up, we tried to call and left several messages and they never even bothered to call us back Poor experience and unprofessional, because we are in the West Valley and they are located in Tempe/Gilbert, they refused to come out and stand behind the product they sold us Very Extremely upset and disappointed

Extremely poor customer service! I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance to repair or replace a garbage disposal this company installed in my new home less than 3 years earlier. The appointment was scheduled for the only work day (a Friday) that I could arrange to be home (by using a vacation day). Although they offered to come out earlier, I explained I needed to wait until this day to have them come out. The night before they were scheduled to arrive, they left a voice message on my phone saying they needed to reschedule the appointment to the following week. No explanation was provided. I called them and got their answering service and asked to have the manager call me at 8:00am the next morning. A lady did call at 8:00am and said they needed to reschedule the appointment to the following week. I asked why and she said they were in the middle of an emergency plumbing job(translation: a job that will pay a lot more than my garbage disposal job!) and all their plumbers were still working on that job and no one is available. I explained that I made the appointment 10 days in advance of the day I needed them to come out and I cannot reschedule. I asked if they could come out the following day on Saturday and she said they are closed on Saturday. I told her what a lousy way to do business and I could not believe they have so little regard and respect for their customers, and I would find another plumber who actually cares about their customers. I called The Sunny Plumber in Phx at 10am and they said they would send out a plumber between 10am and 2 pm THE SAME DAY, and AT NO COST TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM, WITH NO OBLIGATION!! I would only pay for any work that I authorize! What a difference in service and approach!! Which company would you use for your future plumbing needs?? There are so many small companies out there that don't have a clue how to treat customers until they lose them and then it's too late and word travels fast about lousy treatment and service. Then they wonder why their business falls off! MIND-BOGGlING!!
