received wrong set of earrings, was told I would get a new set (correct set) no one responds when I ask about them. I emailed customer service and right away was told I would receive the correct pair of earring s as I had received the wrong set, I was told on 1/24/14 by [redacted] via email customer service I would receive the correct pair. I waited and waited and finally the beginning of March I started emailing every couple of days, no response. I don't like to be ignored and now refuse to do business with them ever again. all they had to do was send the correct pair out or answer my emails.
