RE: Gig ***Hello,I'm sorry to read of Mr*** troubles with a GigMasters vendorOur records indicate that Mr*** did contact a vendor ("showbiz911 ") who advertises on GigMasters, through GigMastersHowever, Mr.*** did not transact the booking through GigMastersSo we have no
booking on record, and we have no payment of Mr***'s on recordHe booked the vendor outside of the GigMasters web siteSo there is no payment for us to refundAlthough Mr*** booked outside of the GigMasters web site, we always try our best to help resolve situations to everyone's satisfactionSo we've gone ahead and contacted the vendor he booked, and we've asked the vendor to please follow through on what the vendor had promised to Mr*** regarding the media files of his event.If you need any further information regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. years is more than enough time to realize that this service is a waste of moneyAlso, featured profiles weren't being pushed when I originally signed up like they are nowNot only have the rates significantly increased, but now, because I don't have a featured profile, no one is going to ever look at my profileI have called and spoke to a few of your bozo employees that had no ideas to generate more traffic to my profileI know its not my location since there are others nearby getting gigs and reviewsIt is because my account was created in with one review and performers with more reviews are getting views as wellThe system is flawed on so many levels and I do not want to be part of it no longerPlease make this right with a partial refund or I will have share my experience on a few websitesThis company is making so much money it is not even funnyA small refund, probably, $is not going to break you.

*** ***this not acceptable and would like to refunded , my annual fee without , fail advertisement is just advertise they even have ad on *** doing everything but , saying they guarantee quality , bids for their vender I have bidded on scam , bids people them sing their site to just find , musician to play the bands I am , verified recording artist ,with to CCM albums to my credit and if you need documentation to , my claims I have the emails to prove it please , let me know if need this proof from and you can decide for you self just let me know to whom I need to send them I received and email from them about their receiving scam bids through ther site I do not intend to work with , in any manner to get them to , this is not how a booking agency operates , I will send the emails , so I do not intend to let this go with go , it the pricinple

I am rejecting this response because: I sent a request within days on their website on their form to communicate with themThat request was ignored and because it is on their form and not by personal email the claim I am making regarding communicating with them cannot be verified by me on my endThey can make the claim they have ticket numbers for communication and we basically HAVE to believe them because there is no way for me to prove it from my endThey therefore can ignore any email they recieve and blame it on the consumer because we cannot prove itI am dissapointed in myself getting too busy thinking it was taken care of when indeed it wasn'tHad it to do again I would have called to follow up and not assumed it was taken care ofI have yet to get one gig from this siteI have written very reasonable offers to work with people firing through this site etcand nothingA waste of time and money it seemsI keep trying to use it because I'm not getting my money back it seems but I am very dissatisfied with this purchase

I have not heard anything from the vendor nor have received the media files I dont understand was going on I paid for a service that I did not get I found the vendor throu their site and contacted him it does not say on their site to call them and that the vendors they promote on there web site are not trust worthy I would have never found him if I did not go throu gigmasters and the guy that they are promoting on thers site showbiz911 aka robert e*** is giving me the run around ive been waiting since the 12th and still am I called him on the 25th he said for a fact I would have the files witch I dont so what now??

I am rejecting this response because: The day guarantee is useless In this business days is not a realistic time frame to prove booking capabilities as many to most establishments and events book out several months in advance months is a sufficient amount of time to determine if the service is going to work or not Twice I asked to be put in touch with *** supervisor which she completely ignored, in essence refused to do so *** told me that there wasn't really any work in *** ** and that I should change my location to look as though I lived in *** *** There are several problems with this suggestion: First of all, my starting driving point would be an hour from where I actually live, potentially causing me to drive much further out of my range Second of all, to say I live in *** when I live in *** *** is deceitful and would actually be considered fraud If they have no work where I live, they had no business taking my money They should have told me from the start that unless I was willing to travel much further then I wanted, that they probably wouldn't be able to help me At which time, I would have declined the service All they were interested in doing was taking my money I signed up with a booking service, not an advertising agency As per the description of their company, as shown below, nothing in the description lists them as an advertising agency GigMastersFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaGigMasters Incis an event services booking platform.[1][2] It is incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in *** ***k, Connecticut.[3] for a monthly fee, GigMasters matches entertainers with planners of weddings, dances, parties, festivals, celebrations and corporate events.[4][5][6]
For months they have provided me with nothing! I got zero gigs for the fee that I paid them I want the remaining unused portion of my subscription refunded for the amount of 94.00, which is more than fair seeing that they have not provided me with any work and as much as have stated that they will not be able to provide me with any work going forwarded due to my location Realistically I should be asking for a total refund They should be happy to get off as easily as refunding me 1/of what I paid
