I have been in contact with [redacted] since August 11, in regards to an issue I have with with the exposed aggregate, the worker dug divets in to the concrete and as a result it needs to be repairedI have called Mr [redacted] to come and take a look at the damage, that was an issue for him as it appeared he did not want to check the work When he did arrive to look at the problem he did admit that it would need to be repaired, but he had no idea how that could happened, and then he assured me he would have someone come and fix the issue right awayMr [redacted] has made no attempts to contact me in regards to my complaintsEvery contact with Mr [redacted] is met with either unable to comebecause I have a big concrete job, I forgot to call, the weather has to be nice for the job to be completed, or I will give your number to the person who does the repair This is very frustratingI need help or legal direction
