Review: Gigglemoon is a company that I buy for my store they wholesale. they treated me with such disrespect today over the phone. the company claims they couldnt get in touch with me for my spring 2013 order and they didnt have my credit card info. after me reaching them I gave them my correct info and they still used my old cc info , now after them taking my fall 2013 order they claim they dont want my business how could u do this to a store after u take a order not good for business. Now that its May 6 and fall 2013 lines are closed they are laving me with nothing.Desired Settlement: I want my fall 2013 and my spring 2013 orders thats it

Response:
We produce our product specifically to order, taking no deposits. We can not
take future orders from companies that are not current on their payments, or who
do not respond to our attempts to collect payment. [redacted] was emailed and
called on 15 separate occasions between 1/13/13 and 3/19/13, when one of her
first custom orders was returned to stock. We started contacting again on
3/25/13 for payment for her next shipment. We received a response with a credit
card on 3/28/13, at which point, the credit card number given was declined, and
subsequently declined on 3/29/13 and 4/3/13. The last day to order Fall 2013,
was March 31st. As we were not current by any means with this retailer, and had
history of having to put orders back into stock, our system would not allow us
to take a future order for her, thus leaving her without a future order. As we
are a company that invests in our retailers, funding our sewing houses to make
their orders 4 months in advance of their purchasing them, we can not partner
with companies that have a history of our having to put their orders back into
stock when we can not get a hold of them.

I dont think they considered this at all Ive never owed them anything they couldnt get in touch with me because I was filming a show and their rep knew that she also had my cell number and didnt share it with the company my credit card that was declined was the wrong number they had not because of inciffent funds they should re consider im here at the country mouse 40 yrs are they kidding me its not away to do business they should be mad at their rep not me.
Review: I have carried the giggle moon line in my store for 2 seasons beginning last spring 2013. I have received part of my fall 2013 line, which I traveled to Chicago in February to make. While trying to make an appointment with the giggle moon rep for an upcoming show she said that she had to see if I could continue carrying the line. The rep said that another store, which is 9 miles away, in another county, carries significantly more of the line. The rep made an appointment with me and said she would get back to me. The rep never got back to me even though I had called and emailed her several times to find out if I could order for spring 2014. I finally got in touch with her and she said I could not place another order. When I asked her when I would receive the rest of my current order she told me she cancelled it! I was never informed prior to this conversation on 9/19/2013 that my current order would be cancelled. I explained to her that I have advertising that contains giggle moon pictures in print and that I have customers that have prepaid for outfits that I have on order. The rep said that she understood and would get right back with me. The rep never called back. I tried contacting the rep through email and by phone. I contacted the company directly and explained the situation. The company said that the decision is up to the rep. I also looked into the distances between other retailers that carry the giggle moon line. There are 2 retailers in Birmingham that are less than 2 miles apart. There are two retailers in Harper Woods and St. Clair Shores that are less than 7 miles apart. On the evening of 9/23/2013 I received an email from the rep that I could no longer carry the line and that the balance of my current order has been cancelled. Now I have to explain this to customers that have prepaid for their holiday outfits. I also have to explain to customers that see giggle moon in our advertisements that our order was cancelled. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. It is a shame that giggle moon gives so much control to their reps. The rep is clearly showing favoritism to another store that is in no way close to me, we don't even carry the same sizes.Desired Settlement: I would like the products delivered that were ordered and I would like to continue carrying the giggle moon line. I have already established a customer following. There are other stores in the area with lesser distance between them than the store that is presenting an issue in this matter.
