We recently moved. While attempting to change my address their site states “secure address change with the ***” as I was filling out the online form they took my credit card info and didn’t display the amount that would be charged. Assuming there would be a next page to review. I clicked next and got an order confirmation. The email still doesn’t state the amount. After checking my bank account they charged $39.95. I went in their site to request a refund, and at the bottom of their page in small print it states “ Change Address Online is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with the ***®.”

This website is masked to look like an official change of address website but I believe it to be a scam. I used it to update my address and was told that a charge for $1.05 would be taken from my account to verify my address and today saw a charge of $39.95 from the company. I have tried to reach out via phone, email, and their website to request a refund and for my information to be removed from their system and it is impossible to get in touch with a representative. Also, I looked up the company's address and saw that it is a space open for rent, no business operates from that location.
