Review: I purchased a clock, Item # ZP 809, via [redacted] with Gifts for You being the shipper of the product on 11/**/14. Condition was specified to be a new item. When the product arrived, it had a frame that was broken in several places. I contacted Gifts for You by phone after delivery early December and was told someone would get back to me. I requested at least a return shipping label so I could sent it back for exchange or refund. No one responded to that call, so I took it upon myself to send it back via [redacted] on 12/**/14. No one contacted me so I called again on 12/**/14 and again was told someone would get back to me. So far, no one has called me, refunded me or sent a new item.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to get another, undamaged clock and return of my return postage of $ 17.80. If the item is no longer available, I would accept a refund of the original price with shipping of $80.49, plus my additional incurred postage of $ 17.80 for a total of $98.29.
