Review: I sent Giftcardswapping.com two [redacted] gift cards to be swapped on their forum two years ago. They never acknowledged that they received the cards and I never saw them posted on their site. After a few email exchanges with their customer service they acknowledged that they did in fact receive the gift cards and verified the balances on those gift cards. After a year I recieved a [redacted] gift card in the mail from them that was suppose to be a swap for my [redacted] gift card but when I tried to use it in store I was informed that it had a zero balance. I have since requested that both of my cards be returned to me but after multiple emails and months of waiting I have not recieved my cards back. In addition I cannot get a response from anyone in customer service. They do not provide a customer service telephone number, only an email, and no one has responded to my emails since May 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my two [redacted] gift cards returned to me or a cash value equal to the full balance amount on both cards.
