Thank you for reviewing with me the complaint placed by [redacted] We are disappointed to hear that she was not happy during the time she was leasing her apartment at Gibson Gardens We strive to ensure a pleasant rental experience for all our tenants when leasing from us We have a standard lease agreement in place that all tenants are subject to acknowledge and sign so that each and every prospect is treated in a fair and equal manner It is unclear to us what the ‘Consumer’s Desired Resolution’ is but wanted to provide you with her final move-out statement (attached) The charges were minimal considering she had an original lease, and then renewed her lease three more times for a total of 2+ years residency at our community Unless we hear otherwise, we will proceed with the understanding that this matter has been closed with a favorable decision on the part of Gibson Gardens Sincerely, Jamie A*** | Director of Business Operations *Please view attached document*
