Hi my name is *** and in regards to this complaint we did refund back the money for the trip she usedShe wasn't the one that called out office at midnight it was her son and we told him it would be about a hour wait to get a car to her since the shuttle no longer runs at that late hour, we did
have a driver there for the last shuttle out of newark airport and she hadn't checked in yet, therefor the driver had to leave with the passengers he did get on boardThe son had stated to our dispatcher that he didn't want his mother to have to wait and they choose to take a taxiIf you have any other further questions for us please contact me direct at *** or at ***, thanks *** N***

It is not true. That is not what happened. My son was told that I would not be picked up because the shuttle stops running at 11:30pm. I chose to take a taxi, because I was NEVER given any other alternative.  They had also refused to give me money back.  I then called my credit card company and after I told them what Olympic said and did THEY credited my account for the amount Olympic charged me for the ride that never took place.  When I spoke to Olympic they were very nasty on the phone. It's hard for me to believe they are being so dishonest with you.
