- made false promise
- deliver my truck late
- charge me for warranty but never get it activate at the first time , I have to follow 5 times to get it activated
Service Department
- Technician Negligence - forgot to tight up bold for fan assembly which cause my truck breakdown for 2 weeks with 8 thousand dollar and they accepted the mistake but refuse to take care of it
