don't know why you haven't received it.We sent it awhile back when you asked for it.Regardless this complain is completely unnecessary since there is no way I can send anyone out during these cold winter days to fix your home.If you have sent me any more text messages I couldn't reply since I was in Korea, and there is a charge for me to use my American phone.Please wait for it to get warmer, then I can repair your home

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as my home gets fixed in the springtime. I did not receive any letter as he stated and I did not receive any text responses. I did not know the reason was the the owner was in Korea and could not respond. I do not expect that my home would get fixed in the winter, just a response from the owner that it will be fixed in the spring.
