Giancarlo Zambrano Contracting

On October 30, 2012 we signed a contract that he would complete a carport according to the engineer's blueprint. We gave him an $800 deposit to begin the work and the balance to be given on completion. He never returned to complete the project. He also did not return the engineer's blueprint which we paid for ($970). We tried calling him numerous times leaving messages. We never heard from him until June 2013 at which time he said he would begin the project in five weeks. Unfortunately he still has not started the work. We are still waiting for him.Desired SettlementWe want the return of the engineer's blueprint and our $800.00.
