To Whom It May Concern:  This letter is In reference to the complaint ID: [redacted], sent to our office on Tuesday December 19,  2017. The charge of $100 for a missed appointment has been resolved and has been removed from the customers chart and will no longer be receiving...

statements.  In regards to the statement provided by the customer, the appointment in question was made by  the customers provider after speaking with our physician at the time of her follow up appointment with her primary MD.
