Dear Ms***,
This letter is in response to the letter received today, January 22, from the Revdex.com
The product was received as stated by Mr***, months after the promised date
The product was delivered to potential clients for testing of the product and to verify if it could meet their needs
The potential client verbally reported that the product did not meet their needs, therefore the product was returned back to me
I had reported back to Mr***, that the product testing did not meet my client’s needs and standards.
At no time did I nor my company, receive any form of payment from the potential client for any work or services provided
Mr*** was asked since December 10, to provide and confirm a return shipping address for his product. On January 12, 2016, I received a return address; the product was then labeled and shipped via UPS, with a follow up email to Mr*** with the UPS tracking number

I wrote a reject response yesterday
I want to rescind that letter and close the complaint
I am super frustrated with the letter writing and just decided to withdraw the complaint
I have left messages on your voice mail but I suppose your busy with people like me
