GG's Auto Repair, Inc.

GG's [redacted] certified personally owned automobile and hid fact car was involved in previous accident. I purchased automobile form CG's owner, she claimed it was accident free and in perfect shape (craigslist ad doesn't state this) and CG's provided e-mail saying engine was fine but neglected to mention accident info. Desired SettlementI want my money back as seller and garage claimed perfect auto but this was not fact. Only found this out after car was paid for and delivered. I would not have purchased car from owner if CG's did not back up state of car -- claim was car was in perfect shape but owner didn't provide requested written report.Business Response [redacted] is not and never has been a customer of GG's Auto Repair. He has never stepped foot into the business and we never serviced a vehicle for him. This can be proven by the fact that he does not have any receipts or documentation from GG's Auto Repair. The sale he is referring to is a personal sale which never involved GG's Auto Repair. In fact the car was never inspected by GG's Auto, but by a Honda Dealership. There is documentation to support this. The vehicle was never in an accident or had any damage. The Car Fax Report & Honda will back this up. [redacted] however has owned the vehicle for over 30 days. It's very probable that he damaged this vehicle, had it repaired, and is now looking for compensation.
