GGP Ala Moana, L.L.C.

No action done for non electric vehicles parked in electric vehicle parking stalls.
Everyday I have checked the Ala Moana dedicated electric vehicle parking and there are always non electric vehicles parked in the stalls. Especially the stalls across of [redacted]. I have constantly called your security department to resolve this problem, but nothing has been done. I asked your security team to give citations, but no citations are ever given. I also have asked them to paint the parking stalls more clearly so that customers with non electric vehicles do not park in those stalls...But this has not yet been done. I have been complaining since beginning of this year. I rather not bother calling the police department, because they have more important things to do. By law, non-EV cars should not be parked in those stalls and there is a $50 citation from the police department that can be issued.
