I hired GG handyman for my closet door installation. I provided the parts (rail wheels). Gabino said it's the wrong wheel size so I gave him money to buy the correct wheels. He came back with Mariano, his assistant to install the closet sliding door. Mariano was just learning and I saw Mariano showing Gabino that the sliding door was derailing. Gabino told Mariano how to fix it but apparently they both didn't fix it and they told me it was fixed. The sliding door was still derailing. I paid them and even gave them a tip. Work like this is guaranteed for 90 days. GG Handyman does not guarantee their work not even for 30 days. I only discovered that the sliding door wasn't fixed after 30 days since I was busy working and no one was occupying the room where the derailing sliding door was located anyway.
I finally called GG Handyman and complained about the improper installation. They refuse to fix it. They took advantage of an unsuspecting customer. They said that it was over 90 days, which is false. It was only within 30 days. The lady on the phone (GG Handyman rep) said, " Why until now you bring this up to me'" Then they said, "He says (Gabino) he needs to cut the rail. He charge $150 labor and parts he will get the rail or you buy it and he charge you $80. I told them to give me time to decide. Then the lady said, "the rail is good condition...the installation was right Sir, you damaged the rail." They are accusing me of damaging the closet rail. I explained to them that no one has used the closet door because no one stays in that room. I told them that the installation was improper and that they need to correct their mistakes. They refused. I told them I will file a complaint at the Revdex.com. They said, "Go ahead...I think what you want is to get free service again and not accept your responsibility is your home and you need to check your damages if you paid was because you were satisfied with service and if you tip is also because you agree that the job was done right."
I responded, "I disagree. You people pretended to know how to fix the sliding door but you did not and took advantage of an unsuspecting customer. You ripped me off and deceived me. Your service is terrible and I will report you to the Revdex.com.
The lady accused me of harassing her when I was merely making a complaint to their company. The lady was very disrespectful and insulting. I asked them if they want to correct the mistake. The lady responded, "It's been more than a month I will not go fix nothing next time pay warranty and will cost you more."
In conclusion, I was decieved that the sliding door was fixed when it was not from day one and they refuse to correct their mistake. GG Handyman pretended that they know how to fix the closet sliding door. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Their work is unsatisfactory and unacceptable.

Finish the job I want the job to be finished without any extra charge. The closet sliding door must be properly installed without any derailment and the workmanship be guaranteed for 90 days without. If their perform the correction, I will withdraw my complaint. If they refuse to properly install, I want part of my money back.
