Stopped picking up. After several calls just to get them to come by, no one picked up the trash. Canceled service and they still took 2 automatic payments. Been trying no to get a refund but a different excuse each time.

This business is TERRIBLE. Alpine is consistent about one thing; FAILING to pick up trash and recycling. I live in a condo building and our recycling and trash are often missed. Phone calls and messages were not returned by this company either. In addition, when I finally was able to speak to someone in the office, they assured me we would be in later that day after missing our route (once again), but Alpine failed to come by for DAYS. When our route is skipped with whatever excuse they come up with for that week, they do not even come by the next day to make up for missed service. Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for a trash service.

This company, it's dispatch and management are a complete joke. Non stop lies and excuses and empty promises, yet 10 days later the trash is overflowing from and now around the dumpsters. Our contact stipulates 2 times per week pickup and clearly they are in violation of the terms. If you are looking for a reputable company steer clear of these charlatans! The A+ Revdex.com rating is a complete joke, and needs to be reevaluated immediately.

A totally agree. The customer service is so lousy. I live in *** in Golden. Trash on our street Eagle Nest Court has not removed in 2 weeks.. We have been contacting Alpine and they kept promising to remove trash. But it is the third week the trash is still there.
Don't have business with this company.

This customer was correct that we did have an issue in her HOA for the first couple of weeks where our driver was missing some cul de sacs. The issue is resolved and should not be a problem moving forward.

If there is any way to leave a review of less than one star for this company, I would like to do so. Rubicon Waste apparently sold our contract to something called Alpine Waste & Recycling who apparently then sold the account to Waste Industries GFL. Their people are rude, and their only real skills seem to be either hanging up on people or referring their customers to another agent, then another, and another etc. Apparently no one is able to make anything happen, beyond either hanging up or transferring the call to yet another voice mail. I do not know whether "Sally" at Waste Industries GFL is really a person or perhaps only an animated voice mail. I haven't heard from Rubicon since they sold our account to Waste Industries GFL. On Monday, August 19, our trash was not picked up, so I called Alpine, who told me there would be a $50 charge to "go back" to pick up our trash, and they committed to a return that day. Nobody came, nobody called us back. On Tuesday, August 20, I again called Alpine, who told me that I needed to talk with "Sally" at ***. I got a voice mail from "Sally" saying that my call would be returned the next day, which would be Wednesday, August 21. I left a message. No pickup, and no call back. Wednesday, August 21, I again called "Sally" and left another message. No pickup and no call back. On Thursday, August 22, I left a rather astringent message on "Sally"'s voice mail, and I ultimately did receive a call back on Friday, August 23, telling me that I needed to contact my "broker" as my account had been sold. That would have been great information to have had before the service failed to pick up. Today is Saturday, August 24 and the dumpster that was full on Monday is now heaped high and running over. Apparently someone left a message after hours on Friday, August 23, saying they would make a pickup on Monday .... unfortunately, they did not leave any kind of message with a call back #. I will be at the dumpster at the crack of dawn on Monday, August 26, to have a team building session with the driver of whatever trash hauler might amble into our business to collect trash. Honestly (and I know it's hard to imagine) I do have other things I would prefer to do with my time, but I will be also letting that driver to tell whomever has this account that they can take their pretty green dumpster and ... recycle it. I will be contacting another service that has real people who answer their phones and can actually resolve an issue.

Alpine does not take my recycling and either does not call me back when I call them, or they say they'll come get it but never do. This has happened at least 3 times. I also did not get a call back from a manager when I asked to file a complaint.

On July 5, 2019 I put out on the curb my regular trash tote as well as two reusable garden waste bags. I have put these garden waste bags out numerous times times and the driver has emptied them into the back of the truck and left them at the curb, however on this day the driver picked up the reusable garden waste bag and threw the entire bag into the back of the truck. I have security cameras that got the entire event. I have spoken with Alisha on multiple occasions about the fact that I want to be reimbursed for replacing them. I have been brushed off .The drivers clearly know better than to throw those out.

I am the General/Maintenance Manager for *** in Lakewood. We have 6 dumpsters on our property. For the last 2 years we have been using Alpine which was an improvement from Waste Management. For the last 6 months however they have not been dumping all of our dumpsters 3 times a week on a regular basis. Sometimes they don't show up at all or the following day(excluding holidays). Today was the last straw. They were suppose to pick up last Friday 6/28 then they missed Monday 7/1 now it's Tuesday and I'm having the Pavement repaired on the whole property which will not give them access to the dumpsters until Next Friday 7/5. My dumpsters are already overflowing with trash. So by Friday it will be everywhere. I called their corp. office and requested a pick up this morning before the pavement work, still no truck. I've called and spoke to a Supervisor and she explained the issues with manpower, I guess I should start paying for half a month since that's the work I'm receiving from them.

Spoke with Mr., and the pavement has been sealed, we will not be able to access the property until Friday. I have assured him that we will clean up all extra waste on Friday. Driver on that route was terminated due to performance this week, and a new driver that meets our customers' expectations will service this account moving forward.

The President of Alpine Waste contacted me directly and apologized for the inconvenience we had been experiencing. He was very concerned with our issues and assured me that they would be fixed in a timely manner. True to his word they came out and emptied all the dumpsters and cleaned up around them. I was very pleased with his integrity and we hope to continue working with them. Thank you.

About eighty percent of my waste is recyclable, and Alpine Waste hasn't picked up mine in a month. I have a long driveway in the mountains and called twice yesterday when the recycling truck didn't arrive. I spoke with customer service and a supervisor who dismissively informed me that they would come before 7PM. They never came, and I don't think it is reasonable for me to have to store 80% of my waste for another two weeks!

I think 1 star is exceptionally generous. Hoping there could be a negative star rating. Alpine missed the pickup of our recycling for nearly 3 months. Our bill however was never late. Customer service reps repeatedly used excuses to say that the missed service dates was my businesses fault and not theirs. They even had the audacity to request a key to the business for access to retrieve the recycling. We cancelled after it became obvious that they had no intention of servicing our account. Then they waited until after mid month to retrieve their container and expecting a larger payment to boot. Stay away from this unethical and crooked business. Lesson learned.
