I am rejecting this response because:
2nd Complaint filled - Orlando [redacted] has failed to repay the deposit in full that was given to him to install fence. A check for $500 was given on 06/14/2014. Mr. [redacted] failed to perform the work and has continuously failed to repay the deposit he accepted. He has given one payment after of year of phones in the amount of $240 but still has a remaining balance. He will not respond to phone calls or text messages. Original case # [redacted]
