We bought tickets for the Borghese Gallery in Rome. When we arrived at the gallery we were told that the ticket numbers issued by GetYourGuide were invalid and we were not admitted to the gallery. Neither the gallery nor the service could offer any resolution, other than a refund. Very disappointed.
