Review: I paid 12.99 to be able to receive a "streaming" signal from this company during their annual Gettysburg Battle reenactment on July 7th, 2013. That did not happen! I was able to connect tot heir website but about 2 minutes into the broadcast the site switched to recorded video ( I know what it was because I had already watched the video!) instead of a live streaming event. I attempted to return to a login page but none could be found! There was no way to log back in to the site! I IMMEDIATELY sent an email requesting assistance. There was no reply t that one or the several that followed. The Gettysburg Anniversary Committee has been completely unresponsive! I have posted a complaint on their web page this morning but have no reason to expect a reply as a result of it either!
Can you offer assistance? I have intent of contacting other agencies for additional help but will wait for your expeditious reply before moving forward.
