On January 24, 2014 at 9:39 AM I call to cancel. Getloaded told me that I had to go on line to cancel. I inform them that it was impossible for me to get online and can they cancel it for me. Getloaded told me no. I needed to dolt myself. That was misinformation on Getloaded parts. The do have a way to cancel the account with out me going online.

Review: My husband and I are self employed owner operators of a 18 wheeler truck. We have used the Getloaded load board for several years and recently decided to discontinue using their service as it has not been accentual for our business. I was contacted Dec. 5th 2012 by a Getloaded rep. because my account was at the end date, when I stated I no longer was going to use the service the offered to give me 6 months at a lower price so I then gave them my debit card information and paid for the 6 months. It should have expired on June 5,2013. I received my bank statement on 7-12-13 and that is when I found another charge on my Business Credit for $45.00, I immediately called and also sent an email and was told I would not be refunded. I find this very unfair and had not given my permission for them to debit my account. I had not known about the charge when I was called on 7-11-13 and was asked if I was going to continue with there service and told them I did not want to use their service any longer. I have gone to my bank to try and have the money put back and they feel I will not get it back due to the fact it was a month ago. I really don't feel this is fair as we are self employed and work hard for our earning.Desired Settlement: I would like my 45.00 put back on my debit card.

I told him that I will try but could not get to there website can he cancel it for me. He told me no that that only way was true the web. I told him I will try. Today 2/14/2014 I got another charge for $45. I called Getloaded an ask to speak to a supervisor. ** answer and told me that the option to cancel was available to me. I told him what happen on the privies conversation. I Also told him that my rate was $29 not $45. he told me that because I was thinking of canceling my rate when up. That's is not fair. Getloaded can raise your rate but not cancel over the phone.Desired Settlement: Refund $45 and cancel my account immediately.

RE: Getloaded Account [redacted]
Review: [redacted] agreed to purchase a one month service from get loaded to handle transportation of equipment we sell. I have documents showing that we purchased a one month service for $45.00. This transaction took place on 7/16/2012. I was to be charged ONCE for ONE MONTHS SERVICE. They have charged my credit card every month since. In total they have fraudulently taken me for $630.00 at minimum.Desired Settlement: The only solution to their fraudulent act is a full refund for the over billing.
