Review: For years, GetGlue has offered a service where users check in to the GetGlue site, either via website or app, and GetGlue will mail physical stickers for TV shows, movies, sporting events, etc that the user checked into. Per GetGlue's FAQ page ([redacted]), this is still the case. However, GetGlue refuses to honor their commitment and will not mail out stickers that have been earned. GetGlue refuses to respond to inquiries about this issue, either via email or their Facebook page.Desired Settlement: I expect GetGlue to honor the terms they set forth in their own FAQ page and deliver the stickers that have been earned.

In November 2013, GetGlue was acquired by another company. Shortly after the acquisition, the new owner of GetGlue discontinued the program where users could become eligible to receive physical copies of digital stickers. GetGlue no longer sends physical stickers to users and the FAQs referred to in the complaint have been updated to reflect the new policy.
Review: I ordered stickers on Sept **that should arrive within
1-2 months. Still not received. I repeatedly email them, and don't always get a reply.
I ordered a batch of stickers from Getglue.com on Sept **that are supposed to arrive in under 4-6 weeks. Previously, I got stickers on time. My roommate ordered stickers at a later date than me, and got them very quickly. I have sent repeated emails to various email addresses that very rarely get answered.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE STICKERS I ORDERED! AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW I CAN REACH SOMEONE DIRECTLY!

Review: I would like to deactivate my GetGlue account online. When I follow the instructions to do so, I get a message telling me that my password is no longer valid and that I cannot deactivate my account. When I attempt to unlink my account from Facebook, I am not able to do so. I believe that GetGlue is holding accounts hostage because of the number of people leaving the site since they have changed their terms of business. I do not want GetGlue to have access to my personal information or Facebook page any longer.Desired Settlement: I want my Facebook account unlinked from GetGlue and my GetGlue account deactivated.

Review: I had been using get glue for a few months & placed a few successful sticker orders with them. I was collecting the breaking bad series for a rerun they had going on and promptly ordered my stickers oct * 2013 & even received a confirmation. It says to wait 4-6weeks so I was very patient. But the never showed up in the mail. Towards the end if November they told us no more stickers would be mailed out & they would not answer any questions about it. I'm upset because I ordered mine before this was made public & they never came. I had also recommended this site to many people & am now embarrassed about it. Even if there was a processing charge they should still offer stickers but I'm really mad they took my order and had no intention of filling it!Desired Settlement: My stickers for order 976803 as placed on Oct 6 should still be honored & sent
