We are very sorry for any misunderstanding that happened.  Please allow us to address your complaints one by one.  First, you stated that nobody picked you up and that the company running your tour was [redacted].  We make it very clear that we do not run tours: we sell packaged tours...

provide by other companies.  We mention it several times on our website and it was given to you on your e-ticket sent July 12, 2016. Along with the e-ticket, we give you their contact information, your tour guide’s contact information, and information about your first day’s hotel.  We gave you all information you needed in order to find the tour and the company.  Your name was written in English and not Chinese – you signed up for a Chinese –run company that does speak English.You state you had to pay for a taxi and a hotel.  Again, as part of the package we gave you a hotel night for the first night’s stay.  You had a hotel room waiting for you so we do not feel as though we are responsible for paying for a new hotel.  While we do not blame you for anything, we do make crystal clear what you need to do in order to help you along your way.  As you stated, we did our best . Our job is to sell you the tour and we give you the information to work with the operator.  We went above and beyond that in order to work with you and the vendor.  We are not disorganized and are sorry we gave that projection.That said, we would like to still work with you to find an amicable solution to your problem.  We always try to improve our service and leave the customer happy.  We obviously failed in that respect, but we ask that you take into consideration our point of view.
