I was not aware of how the Revdex.com works or your procedures for resolving a complaint. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to increase the D+ rating you have bestowed upon us

Thank you for giving us your feedback on your encounter with Richard R***It confirmed what we had been suspecting about him and had, even before you wrote to the Revdex.com, fired him from our customer care center on 11/6/15. He was a bad apple and we are glad to be rid of him
I am writing to tell you that I am enclosing a check for the full amount you were charged for our servicesWe have a satisfaction guarantee policy, so please accept my apology for the way you were treated and forgive us for causing you any distress in this situation
If, by refunding your money, we have settled with you in this matter, I ask you to please withdraw your complaint from the Revdex.com or at least let them know from your side that we have returned your money and made business decisions to rectify the problem you gave us feedback about
