Get it Fixed

Review: I had broke my phone and needed it fixed. the employee at "Get it Fixed" told me and my friend, that if I paid $100 cash I could get an unbreakable screen for my phone. so I did.(10/15/14) Only to have it break 4 months after 2/9/2015. I went back in and the Owner said that was never the case. that there is No unbreakable screen. (Basically, said I was the only one that's was told that and I must be mistaken. So again I repeated what the employee told me & he started to get mad. I said regardless I need the phone fixed. after a minute late the Tech. told me I needed a new battery cause my was bad from the drop of the phone. I said ok. I figured I could live with the wavy lines and the phone worked so if I needed a new battery that would fix the phone. they said I needed to plug it in at home for 30 min. to charge it up. So I paid the $60. Charged the phone & now the phone doesn't work at all. I called back so upset. they told me I must have messed it up and then the Tech said bring it in & Ill put your old battery in it & give you $60 back. I then said the phone isn't working and when I brought it in there it was. I had to purchase a new phone. no $ back.Desired Settlement: The $160.00 back. They Lied about the unbreakable screen. And messed the phone up so I had to buy a new one! $100 + $60 for the battery that did nothing for the broken phone. I have receipts and people that can confirm that they said the screen was unbreakable. they even had a hammer demonstration on the protective unbreakable glass. Bad business.
