This company provided good service for several years. They however updated our unit to a GPS unit without our knowing and charged us an increased fee. When the unit failed, we requested a replacement (note; this happened four times over 6 or so years). This last time, in December of 2019, they wanted us to return the old unit, but did not inform us of this. We tossed the old unit, as we had previously done, and they now want us to pay $150 for the unit. Talking with a supervisor (Ronnie) was no help, she in essence accused me of lying, and would not listen to what I was saying. Her stand was, "we do not mistakes, the customer does." We cancelled our account. Be careful what you order and be clear with them on what is required of you when a unit fails.
