Get Fenced LLC

Response:In regards to this complaint , I installed 9 sections and 9 posts of mid quality white vinyl . Also removed a wood fence and cemented all new vinyl posts . Job butted up to existing chainlink fence , where we went right to chainlink fence footing leaving about a 3" space . [redacted] called me... next day or two days after complaining about the space which I addressedwithin 48 hours by putting metal bar in chain fence and attaching to vinyl , also told her I needed to come back because it wasn't completely done but safe for her dog to be in yard . And few days after she told me not to come back , not once did I say anything about charging her 150 to fix anyone I did , she had an existing vinyl fence in front with huge gaps under it and I quoted get 150 to add a pice of vinyl to those two sections to fix her existing problem . Job was done for 1600 after I originally quoted her for 1900 using high quality vinyl . To come in at number she wanted I went with a still good economy vinyl Fence which is exactly what her invoice states . I work very hard and do high quality work and as small business owner it's scary that one unhappy customer can effect my business . Also did other side of their property 2 or 3 years ago and they were happy with that to call me back . For her to claim she wants 600 back is beyond unreasonable . All you have to know is high vinyl fence is priced to know that we did the job at a reasonable price with good material . We had argument and I lost my temper I will admit that . I did say I made 900 off her which not true . Average section and post of vinyl go for 85 to 100 and she has 9 and wood removal included .
