Review: On Saturday June 13 I called Get Air to ask the cost of admission for my 2, 5, and 6 year old and what that would include. I was told that 9$ would allow my kids who are less than 46" jump in the whole park. I confirmed this- and asked twice, as I knew there were times the larger area was restricted. The person on the phone stated that yes, if they were less then 46" they would cost 9$ and jump in the whole park. We arrived around 4:30. My sister and her 2 kids came as well. That is 8 people I brought to the park. I paid for my 3 kids for the less then 46" price. We started jumping and were told that my kids had to go to the baby area. I told the girl I was advised on the phone today we could jump anywhere. She sent me to your Assistant Manager, [redacted] told me they couldn't jump in the big area on the weekends. I offered to pay the difference- she said they weren't allowed. I went to tell my kids- they started crying- they have been begging us for weeks to take them- and now they aren't allowed to jump. The main area was practically empty- but [redacted]- wouldn't let me pay the additional and let them jump in the large area. She wanted them to jump all over the babies! My kids are just under 46". I understand rules... But here is the problem. My nephew who is 4 years old and clearly less then 46" was admitted and allowed to jump in the large area. My sister said the boy working the cashier didn't measure him, but just said "He looks fine..." and let her proceed'I tell this to [redacted]- and she could care less. At this point, I am a mom with a crying 2, 5, and 6 year old who have been told they have to leave the park. I then ask [redacted] for a refund. She begins to tell me how rude I've been and then throws your card in my face and says I need to contact the GM for a refund. I spoke to the manager today who admitted fault but refused my 55$ refund.Desired Settlement: I have requested a total refund of $54.94. The manager has refused a refund. I don't want anything but my money back so I can take my kids elsewhere.
