I PLACED AN ORDER ON JUNE *** AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEMS, CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED AND ORDER IS MARKED AS SHIPPED AND CLOSED ON THEIR SITE, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS NOW

I believe this store deserves a positive reviewI have shopped here recently for my son's birthdayThe quality of the gift I have purchased was outstanding and so was the serviceLast but not least, inside the box I found a very nice and unexpected extra giftThank you so much @Gessato

See exhibit #2The product that [redacted] has yet to receive is on its way, as we have told him via email. He will receive it in the next 5-6 days. The filing of this complaint seems to be rather disproportionate and unreasonable.
