We had a 2 night lodging reservation. We was set to arrive 3/27 and depart the morning of the 29th. On March 15th we were told that all the attractions, tours and restaurants at the vineyard will be closed. They offered a date change or a refund. We chose to be refunded. We have yet to be refunded and are being told there will be an "extended delay" in refunds. I understand there is a lot going on right now with this virus but what is the reason for an extended delay? My belief is they are overwhelmed and don't have the money to issues refunds. Yesterday I told them I would be filing a claim with the Revdex.com if I wasn't refunded and they didn't even respond.
We have fully refunded *** reservation today, Tuesday March 31st, 2020. See attached. We sincerely apologize for the delay regarding their initial request for a refund. We are doing our best to respond to our guests needs during this unprecedented time. We hope they will accept our apology and visit us sometime in the future. Thank you.
