When they came over to inspect my heating unit they silicone my trap assembly tubing and when he put it back he put it next to a unit that gets hot and a couple of weeks later we noticed water coming out of the unit my husband opened it up and saw a giant burn hole in the Trap assembly tubingWhen I text a picture saying this is what we were looking at she said she could order new tubing and a trap assembly and I had said that I felt like this was their fault because there was no giant hole in the tubing previous and she said she would give me a discount on laborShe said she would go ahead and order the parts that were neededI text her a couple weeks later asking her if the parts were in she never responded back I then called several times after that once my texts were not answered no response and still to this day months later we have not received any contact with Gerry's Heating
