Review: I called the company to ask them to change 3 locks. The person who took my request said that it would cost $25 for the service call and that the locks started at $19 dollars per lock.The technician came to the house and verbally quoted my husband a price of $280 dollars. He said if we paid cash, it would be less. So we agreed. When he was finished he presented us a bill for $350 dollars and said that included the cash price discount.I feel like he mis-represented the price.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the difference between the quoted price and the amount we were forced to pay.
