Germantown Cab Company

Germantown cab is absolutely the most horrible company I have ever done business with. All of their cabs either reek of marijuana or cigarettes and the cabs are certainly unsafe. The worst part of it all is the customer service is down right disgusting, from the drivers to the supervisors. I've called and asked to speak to supervisors on multiple occasions just to be directed to someone very rude and they have no problem hanging up on you. I've even tried to find out the owners information but apparently no one knows who they work for. Every time I try to give them a try I wound up getting so upset with the nasty company. I have plans to contact all the news stations about this because something needs to be done about this.
