I am rejecting this response because:
On the 27th of July I was in Las Cruces and stopped by to see what was happening with my car (see attached pictures).  At that time, I was told that it did not look like there was any major damage.  I am not a mechanic, so I did not know what I was looking at, besides the fact that I saw my car torn apart.What I told the shop is to FIX THE CAR for the lowest cost possible.  I hired them to KNOW what needed to be done to get the car running...I heard from the owner on Sunday, November 29th that the car is repaired and I am scheduled to go to Las Cruces tomorrow to pick it up.  I am hoping that they did what they needed to and that the car in back in running order.A mechanic quitting and health issues are beyond everyone's control, but it still shouldn't have taken 4 1/2 months to complete the repairs.

Verbal response:German & Japanese Auto Specialists state the delay in repair was due in part to the consumer not taking the businesses recommendation to have the vehicle repaired at a greater cost to consumer. The consumer declined and his decision created the need for further repair later on....

The delay in repair was also due in part to an employee that left suddenly and the owners health. German & Japanese Auto Specialists owner states they have repaired the consumers vehicle and believe the complaint has been resolved.Manny [redacted]Owner
