Poor company practices, car was there won’t talk to me, insurance company told me to call them, finally I purchased my totaled car, had it towed from their lot, told them to put part in car! When car arrived, no parts, called, I was told they discarded them! I told them I owned the car, I have the title, it is my Personal Property, they had no right to do that without my knowledge, even tentants get 30 days! My headlights were in perfect condition, as was the front bumper cover, no have pictures, I am sure they resell them. They just tell me IT IS COMPANY POLICY! Do not go there, I will inform my insurance company. It was a bad situation made worse.
