We honored the warranty commitment when we made the materials only offer to this consumer I am sorry they find this unacceptable but that's the way our warranty reads
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and
have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
*** roofing sold defective material and their resolution is to only provide replacement material and not pay for the cost of replacing defective product. The original material is no longer available it makes no sense to have a roof with mismatched tiles and for the consumer to have to pay for replacment of defective material. *** roof should replace roof and pay for its installation.
Regards,

We honored the warranty commitment when we made the materials only offer to this consumer. I am sorry they find this unacceptable but that's the way our warranty reads.
Review: The surface coating of the majority of the panels on the roof are peeled, resulting in the metal showing on the roof. The warranty states that the surface coating of each Guardian Panel is covered for a period of 30 years. [redacted] was contacted in regards to claim and provided with all information. An inspector was sent out to access defective panels. A panel determined to cover the replacement panels but not the labor involved in replacing their defective panels. The original color is no longer available. They also said they would provide contractors in my area to perform work and have defaulted on providing information. I feel that the company should pay for labor involved in replacing their defective product. Roof is less than 10 years old and located in Velarde, NM. The panels were known to be defective and came from a specific plant in Texas.Desired Settlement: To replace and repair defective roof panels at no charge to the consumer, to replace product and pay for its installation.
