Review: I purchased the installation of two garage doors and openers from Gerald L. Giel Garage Doors which was completed on 3/18/2014.The installation was fairly good except that the compression springs had not been lubricated and they would bind when the doors were operated. I contacted Lift Master and they told me how to oil them which solved the problem. A few weeks ago the drive belts of both doors began to intermittently squeak very loudly when the doors were operated. I called Lift Master and waited 15 minutes for a service rep who I could not really understand. I then called [redacted] and very politely asked him he he could offer any advice based on his years experience. He wouldn't offer any advice and told me to call Lift Master until I would get a "good" rep who I could understand. He then told me that I was wasting his time and called me a fking ae and hung up! The entire conversation lasted less the five minutes and I had said nothing to him that should have warranted such a nasty response. Had I known the Mr [redacted] would be so nasty to his customers I would have never have dealt with him. I would warn any future customers to consider the insulting, disrespectful response Mr [redacted] gave me when I called him with an innocent question.Desired Settlement: I think potential customers should be warned of Mr [redacted]'s nasty, insulting, disrespectful attitude towards his customers.
