Used Shoenberger for just over two years. Should have known when we initially had them rent out the house and they were calling me asking what the fire codes were for smoke alarms in existing homes was. Upon terminating our agreement with them we found out that many of the items we had paid for them to do when our last tenant moved out (cleaning, paint touch ups, etc.) had not been done and were listed as issues on our new tenants move in checklist. It was not until we terminated our agreement with Shoenberger that we ever saw the unfavorable move in checklist.
Our current tenants had issues with them as well, most notably that Shoenburger had given them a unfavorable impression of the owners of the home.
I would not use their service again (even if it was free).
