Georgia Pro Tow

I had a roadside assistance call in with Allstate. Allstate dispatches Georgia Pro Tow. We met with the driver and helped get the car loaded. We asked if we need to follow him to the shop where the car needed to be dropped at and he said no. After we left he calls about 20 mins later asking to confirm the address. We did and soon after I confirmed again via text msg with a screenshot from google maps on the correct location. Shortly after driver text and said the car was dropped off. The shop comes in on Monday and and calls saying the car is not there. I call the driver and he claimed to drop it at right location. I asked the name of the business and he doesn't know. I asked him to go back and take it back to the correct address and he said it will be $80.00. I goggle a similar address and called the shop and they confirmed car was dropped off there. They were baffled because they had no info on the car. I asked them to hold it while we get a tow truck there. He dropped it at Cobb Parkway SE and it should have been Cobb Parkway North. Street number are the same. The text message and the initial request with Allstate all show Cobb Parkway North. I called the company's listed on their website and the call went to voicemail. Since Allstate hired him, I put in a complaint with Allstate. The reviews for this tow company indicate this is not there first issue of bad service.
