Upon arriving at our room at the *** *** ** *** *** we Inspected the room and discovered some bugs on one of the bedsWe went out of the room for a little bit and Continually felt as though we had bugs crawling on us (although we know we didn't, we were just uncomfortable over the fact of seeing them) We went back to the office and requested some sort of compensation to which the gentleman working the desk replied "there no bugs in your room, I not give you money back" my husband stated that if he couldn't grab our request we were still leaving and would file a complaint He still refused any sort of compensation We left and got another room
