La Jolla cream stated FREE trial only pay one time shipping price of $4.95, I called to cancel before even receiving trial man on phone said done, then I received cream in mail figured oh well only $4.95 big deal, then this company charged my account $87.45 . I called number on bank statement as product came in blank box with no information at all , I then spoke with a man named Phillip who gave me the run around swearing he could only give me $20 then said $40 then I told him wanted to speak to a manager he hung up on me , I called back got another man named josh then the first man named Phillip called back I hung up with josh and continued speaking with Phillip I demanded to speak to supervisor he told me he would speak to her this man Phillip stated she could only refund me$60 , I demanded to speak to her myself he said no, I hung up on him. Later a female named Nadia called my cell phone and said she dupervidor and could only refund me $67.50, she said the balance would be refunded when product tracking number was given to her after I returned product by mail.the aid said free trial only pay $4.95 shipping,complete fraud.
