Review: this is second time this has happened. I purchased two pairs of shoes on 1/20/14 and when I wore the black pair, they literally began to fall apart on my feet. I went in 02/17/14 with shoes and complained as I did before, but was denied a credit by cashier and manager. They are selling products that are unusable and take no responsibility. The cashier, [redacted] accused me of bringing in something I did not buy there and was disrespectful to me as a Sr. person.I asked to speak to manager and after it seemed a long time he came out and did not consider and said no credit, no price on shoe. prices on bottom and if you wear them it goes away, but I had the receipt.It is not the money, but selling unusable products , to me, is wrong.Desired Settlement: I just feel that they should be aware of the products they sell and do a little testing, like bending, etc., before putting it out to sell. If thy had bent those shoes, they would have cracked in their hands.being more considerate to their customers would help too. while I was there it was two more disgruntled customer who wished me well with my complaint, so that shows there is a problem at this store. Just let them know that the customer should feel that they are their main concern.
