[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The records were NOT faxed to Charlottesville Vet Hospital that day, they were denied to the receptionist at CVH by the Georgetown receptionistCVH does not have a copy of the records still, I was able to get a copy to the emergency vet in town but they have still not sent them to CVHI do not appreciate the receptionists tone when she spoke with me and the receptionist requesting them from CVH that dayI repeat the documents have still yet to be sent and every time they have been requested they deny to send them

The records were NOT faxed to Charlottesville Vet Hospital that day, they were denied to the receptionist at CVH by the Georgetown receptionist. Review: They refused to give me and my new vet my pets medical records when the pet was ill. Very poor customer service.Desired Settlement: Paper copies of ALL medical records attached to me, my husband and all of our 3 pets.
