Georgetown cowboy boots

I ordered a pair of Lucchese giant tail caiman cowboy boots that totaled $665. I received confirmation of my order (order number ***. I emailed the company asking a question about the product. I never received a response back. I received an email saying my order status changed and when I logged in to see the status, it said “refunded”. I have not received my refund and now I am disputing the charge with my bank. I have tried emailing, calling, and texting the company and I get no response.
