I bought a cc scooter from Georges Scooters in New Smyrna Beach Florida on September which came with a month mile warranteeI went to them on Novenber 22, with a issue with the rack that holds the rear trunkThe mechanic place tie downs so it would not rattle and ordered three racks, one for me and two for inventoryThe service technician said because I had less than miles and within three month time frame it would be covered under the warranteeDylan(owner) said it would not be covered under the warrantee and I would be charged for the part and installation I don't recommend this business to anyone
