George's Body Shop

I paid him the full amount in cash, up front and it took five months to get my car back. In the mean time my insurance company sent him a check in the full amount, which he was supposed to sign over to me. He kept both payments. I took my car to George in July of 2017 and I still have not been reimbursed for my cash payment 8 months later. The work was incomplete. The shop is disorganized.

On Oct.2 2017 we got an estimate to repair damage to our ***. We paid $1000 to have our car repaired and painted. It has been 29 days since the car has been in the shop. On 5 separate occasions we have tried to pick up our car but the owner has refused to return our car to us. He promised to have it finished on October 31 but when we went to pick it up he refused to give us the car yet again. He has promised to finish the painting and return our car on Nov. 1 at 7 P.M. We really feel that it won't be ready and our demands to return our car have not been honoured. We believe a refund is needed but most of all we want our car back.
